HOW DO I CHANGE MY ORDER?
Qanna Couture is not able to cancel orders once they have been placed, nor can we guarantee that changes can be made after the fact. For more details on our ordering policies please see the "REFUND POLICY" page linked below.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been fulfilled a tracking number will be sent to the email address used to place the order. Please don’t forget to check your spam and junk folders! As a reminder, orders may take up to 2-3 weeks to arrive as stated at the top of our website and in the confirmation email.
I PLACED AN ORDER BUT I NEVER RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL
If you do not receive an email from Qanna Couture within a few hours of placing your order, be sure to check your personal Spam folder. Alternatively, the email address may have been spelled incorrectly.
If you are still unable to locate the confirmation email for your order, please email info@qannacouture.com.
I PLACED AN ORDER BUT I HAVEN'T SEEN ANY MOVEMENT FROM QANNA COUTURE, WHAT'S GOING ON?
If you see no movement your order may not have been shipped yet, but no worries! Each product is made to order in efforts to reduce our carbon footprint and to help mitigate the effects of global climate change. Tracking information will be sent as soon as your order is shipped. As a reminder, all orders may take up to 2-3 weeks as stated in your confirmation email.
I ONLY RECEIVED A PARTIAL ORDER. WHERE IS THE REST OF MY ORDER?
In order to get your items to you as quickly as possible, we ship all in stock inventory first from our warehouse, there was a card in your package stating this. We receive shipments regularly and will be fulfilling the rest of your order soon. We’ll be sure to send you the other tracking number as soon as possible!
